The Times of India has reported on our group’s co-assembling-printing biofabrication platform (project led by PhD Student Clara Hedegaard). The findings were initially reported in Advanced Functional Materials. Read the publication here. Click here to see the original article by The Times of India.
Clara L. Hedegaard presents at the 70th Annual Meeting of the American Physical Society Division of Fluid Dynamics
- 5 December 2017
Clara L. Hedegaard gave an oral presentation on ‘Using droplet-on-demand-based printing to guide self-assembly in a peptide-protein based bioink’ at the 70th Annual Meeting of the American Physical Society Division of Fluid Dynamics.
The meeting was held November 19 – 21, 2017 in downtown Denver, Colorado at the Colorado Convention Center. This is one of the largest gatherings of the fluid dynamics research community in the world. The Division of Fluid Dynamics of the American Physical Society exists for the advancement and diffusion of knowledge of the physics of fluids with special emphasis on the dynamical theories of the liquid, plastic and gaseous states of matter under all conditions of temperature and pressure.

Our PhD Student Clara L. Hedegaard, co-organized and hosted the Queen Mary University of London “Tech me out” chapter of the popular UK-wide festival “Pint of Science”, which took place in hundreds of pubs in 100 cities across 12 countries around the world from the 15th to the 17th of May 2017. The international festival sees thousands of scientists simultaneously stand up and talk about their research to the general public in pubs around the world.
